Approach

How we work together

From a first conversation to a new perspective that you keep reinforcing, at your own pace.

  1. Step 1

    Introductory conversation

A first conversation to get to know each other and discover whether RTT feels right for you.

  2. Step 2

    Your RTT session

Under hypnosis you explore where a belief about yourself or a situation may have come from, and make room for a different perspective.

  3. Step 3

    Listen for 21 days

After the session you listen to your personal recording for 21 days, so your brain can reinforce the new way of seeing things.

21 days

Your 21-day recording

After the session, you receive a personal recording to listen to for 21 days. Your brain learns through repetition. By listening again to what you realised during the session and to the new beliefs, you help reinforce this new way of seeing things — as if you are reprogramming or recoding your brain.

Sometimes a belief changes during the session itself. At other times, change happens gradually as you listen to the recording. You may notice a difference quickly or over time. Everyone has their own process.

Good to know

Is it right for you?

Who is RTT for?

RTT may suit people who are already doing personal work, want to understand themselves better and believe in the power of hypnosis. You are willing to listen to your recording for 21 days after the session. Repetition is part of the process. If you are not willing to listen to the recording, RTT may not be the right approach for you at this time.

How might a session feel?

You may leave a session feeling calm and relaxed, but sometimes you may also feel emotional. Feelings or memories may come up, and that can be difficult. This does not happen often, but a session can feel intense, especially for someone who has experienced significant or severe trauma. Many people feel better afterwards; sometimes memories feel less heavy over time. Each person’s experience and pace are different.

Is RTT the same as NLP?
